To round out Birthday Season, little Miss Lexi turned a whopping 5 years old on August 20th!
Papa made her a number five shaped chocolate chip pancake to start the morning. We went to the mall to ride the carousel. (The closest we could get to what she really wanted to do, which was ride a real horse!) We stopped at the Disney store and let the birthday girl pick some figurines to go on top of her cake. Of course, she chose the pack of princesses. Lexi's special day ended with her choice of dinner, "sketti and meatballs" and gifts from the family. We love you Lexi Bexi!

I can't believe she is 5. When did that happen? Just an FYI...the people we had at Keely's first birthday party are at the Monrovia Street Fair on Fridays if Lexi is needing a real pony fix! There is also a petting zoo right next to it!
